Provident Court (Providence) is a townhouse community with 40 homes. Located near Route 18 in the  Wayside section of Ocean Township, the townhouses were built in the late 1980’s. The townhouses have either 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a basement and a fireplace.

 Providence offers no amenities such as a clubhouse or a pool. Pets are allowed.

 Students will attend Wayside Elementary School, Ocean Township Intermediate School and Ocean Township High School. Ocean Township is part of the Ocean Township School District, which serves students in grades K - 12 in both Loch Arbour and Ocean Township. There are three elementary schools, one middle school and one high school.
