 Located in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, there are 24 townhouses in Park Ferry. The 3 bedroom townhouses have a basement, a 2 car garage and a view of the Raritan Bay. The homes were built in 2004 – 2009, and feature 9’ ceilings and a fireplace. The townhouses have approximately 2100 square feet.
