Fairways Mews is a condo / townhouse community in Spring Lake Heights. It’s located within walking distance of Spring Lake beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Spring Lake Heights ranked as the 28th best place to live in New Jersey Monthly magazine’s 2008 rankings of the "Best Places To Live" in New Jersey.  

The homes in this gated community were built between 1978 – 1984 around the Fairway Mews Golf Club, which is an 18 hole, executive length public course. Many homes offer a golf course view. The homes are mostly townhouses, but there are some single level ranch style condos. The homes have 2-3 bedrooms and a 1 or 2 car garage. Some homes have a basement and some have a fireplace. 

Amenities offered are a clubhouse, tennis and a pool. Golf is an additional cost.

The Spring Lake Heights School District serves K-8 students in the elementary school. High school students will attend Manasquan High School in Manasquan. Other schools nearby are St Rose in Belmar.
