Elkridge in Red Bank is a community of townhouses with 2 or 3 bedrooms with a 1 car garage and a basement. Some of these townhouses have a fireplace. These homes were built in 1986.

 There is a clubhouse with a pool. Pets are allowed.

School age children will attend the Red Bank Borough Public Schools, which serve students in Kindergarten through eighth grade. The schools are Red Bank Primary School (Pre-Kindergarten through fourth grade) and Red Bank Middle School (fourth through eighth grades) High school students will attend Red Bank Regional High School, which also serves students from the boroughs of Little Silver, Red Bank, Shrewsbury and Interlaken.
